One of the reasons why we scrap is to immortalise the photo right? Check out how awesome this photo is...
Yes, that's me and my Little Moodles enjoying a moment. My father-in-law is relaxing in the background, and if you look closely you can see the reflection in the glass (because this photo was taken through a window) of my mother-in-law's hands around her camera. Cool hey?!
The poster for the movie Vertigo was the inspiration behind my layout. It's this month's challenge at "From Screen 2 Scrap." If you want to join in the fun then you just need to do a project based on this poster.
Added criteria for an extra 6 Bonus Points
1) Orange background = 1pt
2) A black silohouette figure (person) on your layout = 2pts
3) A spirograph shape or swirl on your layout = 3pts
I did this bunch of hand-stitching behind my photo, which I know is technically not a spirograph, but it looks pretty similar so might just pass right?!
I put my Silhouette to good use for the title, and to cut out this girl which I stuck to a vintage button and covered in Rock Candy Crackle to make my own cameo brooch.
Come and join in the challenge at From Screen 2 Scrap. There are 8 prizes up for grabs! And if you're joining in for the first time, don't forget to tell Shazza that I sent you (I earn Brownie Points *wink*)
